Rost was a pleasure to work with. I felt that the price was fair, he provided 2 keys when I asked about it and the car had a full tank of gas when I picked it up. I test drove the car on a Saturday, provided a deposit and returned Tuesday to finish the sale. The sales process took 15 minutes! Amazing! I would buy another car here.

We bought a Chevy Volt from this dealership last month, after the owner verified with me that his mechanic checked every cell in the EV battery individually and that it was in good health. However, less than two weeks later, the car died and would not start or charge, so we had it towed to a mechanic that specializes in EVs and hybrid vehicles. He inspected the battery and told us that two of the cells were bad and that the entire battery would need to be replaced, which is an extremely expensive repair. According to him, it appeared that the car was auctioned earlier this year because of a faulty battery, and then Raido purchased it and reset the system, which tricked the car into thinking the battery was new and allowed it to charge and run for a little while, but didn’t actually fix the battery. We reached out to Raido to see if they would help us out with the repair after selling us a faulty vehicle, but they only offered to have their mechanic install another used battery for two thousand dollars. While this is cheaper than we would be able to get it done elsewhere, their mechanic is the one who told us the battery was healthy to begin with, so we did not trust him to select and install a different one. He either does not know what he is doing or he intentionally lied to us. Either way, if you want a car that will last more than a week, I would recommend going elsewhere.

If I could give this place a -10 stars I would… There in August, they gave us a 30 day warranty and within 14 days it started having issues With installing… We called them and they said that it was only the coolant leaking and we just needed to refill the coolant… Since then they have come and picked it up three different times and every time they say, there’s absolutely nothing wrong with it now here it is nine months later and it is continuing to stall while it’s on the highway while my 18-year-old son is driving it… They sold us a lemon and I called them within the first 30 days of their warranty and they have not taken care of the issue and they still won’t take care of the issue. They are the worst car dealers I’ve ever dealt with and I will make sure that I steer anybody away from them .
